The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation ordered that the a lot of lawsuits that accuse Target Corp. of failing to defend consumers from a data breach will be consolidated in the retailer’s residence state Minnesota.
The order brings with each other 33 lawsuits across 18 districts, and possibly numerous much more tag-along actions, just before the U.S. District Judge Paul Magnuson in Minnesota.
