Vermont is a single of the worst hit states in the nation, the place hundreds of heroin consumers are on waiting lists for treatment. Dr. Dean McKenzie, an addiction specialist in Rutland, Vt., explains that heroin is a very challenging drug to quit, “right after a whilst, you are not doing it to get high.
