TOMS RIVER — An insurance business developing burned in a serious structure fire early this morning, authorities explained.
The fire was reported at the Allstate Insurance coverage building on Route 37 east at 2:59 a.m., mentioned Ralph Stocco, a spokesman for the Toms River police.
